1 and a half starfruit cut into smaller pieces saving a little star or two for garnish
1 tap honey
½ cup pineapple, cubed
1 teaspoon good quality turmeric
½ cup coconut milk
1 teaspoon quality bee pollen
Combine banana, star fruit, pineapple, turmeric, milk, honey and ice cubes in a blender and pulse until smooth, adding more ice cubes or milk until desired consistency.
